Refund Policy

Klutter Free Junk Removal is committed to providing reliable, professional service. Due to the nature of junk removal services, the following refund policy applies.

No Refunds After Service Completion

Once junk removal services have been fully performed and completed, no refunds will be issued.


This includes:

  • Labor performed

  • Junk hauled away

  • Disposal or dump fees paid

Deposits & Advance Payments

  • Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable once service is scheduled.

  • Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given (see Cancellations and Rescheduling).

Pricing Disputes

  • All pricing is confirmed on-site and approved by the customer before work begins.

  • By approving the price, the customer agrees to the service cost.

  • Pricing disputes raised after completion are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds are not issued for last-minute cancellations, but future service credit may be offered at our discretion.

Partial Service or Unused Space

 Refunds are not issued for:

  • Unused trailer space

  • Changes in scope after pricing approval

  • Customer decision to remove fewer items than originally agreed​

Service Issues or Concerns

If you believe there is a service issue:

  • You must notify Klutter Free Junk Removal before the crew leaves the property.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns on-site.

  • Refunds will not be issued for issues reported after departure.​

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

No refunds will be issued for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Traffic or access issues

  • Unsafe or undisclosed conditions

  • Prohibited or hazardous materials discovered on-site

Right to Refuse Refunds

Klutter Free Junk Removal reserves the right to refuse refund requests that:

  • Violate this policy

  • Occur after service completion

  • Result from customer-approved pricing
