By booking services with Klutter Free Junk Removal, you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services Provided

Klutter Free Junk Removal provides full-service junk removal, including labor, hauling, and disposal of approved non-hazardous materials. Services are provided at residential, commercial, and construction locations as agreed at booking.

Pricing & Estimates

  •  All pricing is based on volume, weight, material type, and access.

  •  Estimates may be provided by phone, text, photos, or in person.

  •  Final pricing is determined on-site after items are reviewed.

  •  Pricing includes labor, hauling, and standard disposal unless otherwise stated.

Additional charges may apply for:

  •  Heavy materials

  •  Construction debris

  •  Appliances requiring special disposal

  •  Stairs, long carries, or difficult access

  •  Tires

  •  Mattress and Box-Springs

Minimum Charges

  • A minimum service charge applies to all jobs.

  • Same-day or priority service may include an additional fee.

Items We Do NOT Remove

Klutter Free Junk Removal does not remove or handle:

  •  Hazardous waste

  •  Chemicals, paints, oils, or solvents

  •  Asbestos-containing materials

  •  Medical or biological waste

  •  Explosives or flammable materials

If prohibited items are discovered on-site, service may be refused without refund.

Access & Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  •  Provide safe and legal access to all items for removal

  •  Ensure items are clearly identified and approved for removal

  • Secure pets and children away from the work area

  • Inform us of any fragile surfaces, low ceilings, or special conditions

Klutter Free Junk Removal is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access or undisclosed conditions.​

Damage & Liability

  • We take care to protect property; however, junk removal involves heavy lifting and movement.

  • Klutter Free Junk Removal is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

  • Minor scuffs, scratches, or wear that occur during removal are considered normal and not compensable.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by structural weakness, hidden defects, or customer-requested removal of items from tight or unsafe areas.

Donation & Recycling

  • Donation or recycling is offered when possible, but not guaranteed.

  • Klutter Free Junk Removal is not responsible for donation acceptance or receipts unless agreed in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.

  • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or other approved options.

  • Non-payment may result in additional fees or collection actions.​

Right to Refuse Service

Klutter Free Junk Removal reserves the right to refuse or stop service if:

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions are present

  • Prohibited items are discovered

  • Customer behavior is abusive or threatening

  • Payment terms are not met​

Weather & Delays

Service times may be affected by weather, traffic, or unforeseen conditions.

Klutter Free Junk Removal is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Klutter Free Junk Removal’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Agreement

By booking or approving service, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
